Did I Receive My Receipt/Invoice?

After you purchase a Pro Tools subscription, you’ll receive an email confirmation from Viewstats containing your receipt.

1. Email Confirmation: The receipt email is sent to the email address associated with your account. This email serves as your confirmation and proof of purchase.

2. Check Spam/Junk Folders: Sometimes, these emails may be mistakenly filtered to your spam or junk folders. Be sure to check these folders if you don’t see the email in your main inbox.

3. Direct Invoice Download: Each receipt email includes a link to download the invoice directly. Just open the email and click the link to download your invoice in PDF format.
