This Channel is Already Connected

If you are seeing this message on Viewstats, there's a chance your channel was once connected to the site. Fixing of this error is easy, here's how.

Perform the following steps:

1. Please ensure you're attempting to link the email associated with your Youtube channel.

*(In some cases, the email used to sign up for Viewstats is different than the email associated with your Youtube Channel)

2. Once signed in to Viewstats, head over to https://myaccount.google.com/connections

*(If the email used to sign up for Viewstats is different than the Youtube channel email you are linking, you will need to perform steps 2-5 for each individual email)

3. Scroll down to Viewstats and select it.

 

4. Click on "Delete on all connections with Viewstats”

 

5. Click on  "Confirm"

 

6. That's it! Now head over to https://www.viewstats.com/pro/account and re-link your channel.
